We appreciate our customers spend time and shop at our store. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, you need to pay for the return shipping fees; for all returns, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. In addition, all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to verify originally purchase for returns requested without an order number or shipping confirmation. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed upon receipt at our warehouse.
If 14 days have gone by since you got delivery, you don't apply for return; unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- 1. Before you return the item, you need to contact us via email email@example.com, and it is better to provide pictures or video of the products (areas) that are defective or damaged, otherwise we cannot approve your return. Please allow us approximately a week to reply to your request. We're happy to help.
- 2. We will provide you with the return address.
- 3.Send us the product with a tracking number, (we are not responsible for products lost during shipments or untraceable package).
- 4. Once we get the product under perfect new conditions with the original packing box, we will proceed to refund.
- We don't accept exchange items, once you get the approval of your return and send out your parcels to the given address, you can place a new order at our store.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days of receipt of your return.
Returns for a refund to your original payment method.
The shipping fee of products is non-refundable.
